SMS Terms of Service

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Magnus Medical, you agree to receive SMS text messages from us at the number you provided, including, as applicable, marketing, promotional, transactional, operational, or account-related messages according to your selection during the opt-in process. Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Program Description
The Magnus Medical text messaging program through Hubspot SMS Marketing may include messages relating to SAINT® Depression Therapy marketing information and personalized guidance. The SMS Terms of Service mentions other use cases but this campaign is only for marketing purposes.
The Magnus Medical text messaging program by our Care Navigators may include messages relating to SAINT® Depression Therapy care navigation support and personalized patient guidance.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 50 messages per month.
Autodialed / Automated Messages
Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology, where applicable and as permitted by law.
Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier plan for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-in
By opting in, you represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number.
Opt-Out / Revocation of Consent
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. You may also exercise your opt-out rights or revoke consent by contacting us at marketing@magnusmedical.com, 1-888-537-1530, or through any other reasonable method by which you clearly communicate that you no longer wish to receive text messages from us. After we receive your request, we will honor it within a reasonable time in accordance with applicable law. A request to opt out of one type of text message may, where required by law or operationally applied by us, be treated as a request to stop all non-exempt text messages from Magnus to that number.

Supported carriers may change without notice. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Changes to SMS Program
We may modify or discontinue the SMS program, any of its features, or these SMS terms at any time. We will post updated terms on this page, and your continued participation in the SMS program after such updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
